Are you excited!?!! Well, if you're on my website, you should be excited because that means you are thinking about selling or buying a home! I know I'm excited!

Let me introduce myself: I'm Chantell Hendrix--the Chantell in Sell with Chantell. After spending years in the customer service industry, I realized that I wanted to form a more meaningful relationship with and make a bigger positive impact in the lives of those I work, so I decided to become a Realtor®. And I promise you, I'm not the ordinary or average Realtor®.

You may be surprised to know that the average person owns between 3-5 homes in their lifetime. What surprised me, though, is how most people perceive the experience of buying or selling a home as a cold, impersonal transaction. As a Realtor®, I make a point to get to know home buyers and sellers before we choose to work together. Yes, we both have to make the decision to work together. I understand how personal dynamic shapes a home buyer's or seller's perspective and I believe strongly that in order to achieve your goals, it is imperative that we be able to work well. Together.
